This CD is a must for everyone who loves Daniel and enjoys classic country along with Irish folk songs. I play this in my car and have friends asking who is that singer and where can I buy his recordings? Sad to say that not all stores in our area are familuar with his works....However I was so happy to find out that I could purchase on line.From now on I know where to look first.The songs are soothing to the soul and in these days of turmoil we could use a lot of joy...which is what this recording does for me.Daniel at his best !!Donna Ritter Alberta Canada

I am over 50 and came from another country over ten years ago. I did not know who Daniel O' Donnell was when I purchased this CD set. But once I started to listen to the CDs, I could not stop. I absolutely loved them and play them over and over and over... Every time I listen to these songs, there is a warm and wonderful feeling inside me. I saw Daniel O'Donnell in Branson last November for the first time. I was very impressed with his style of singing and the ease with which the songs flowed from him. This album captures his style very well. Daniel O' Donnell is like a Frank Sinatra, Andy Williams others like them all rolled into one. Twenty six of the most beautiful pieces of nostalgic music by one of my very favorite artists. What a bargain! My wife and I play it over and over. Great Ballroom dancing music, even for one not very adept, but inspired. Every piece is a winner.You will be transformed into a mellow mood. If you are a Daniel O'Donnell fan that you will love this compilation. You probably already have the songs from his many other albums but it is very nice having them on these two discs. If you are a casual fan than this is a wonderful collection to sit and listen to. I have been a fan for many a year - excellent!!
