Free Music Review: Music Snob Weighs In on Something He Shouldnt Like, but Does

To be completely honest, the thought of listening to a girl group put together on a tv show makes me gag. I didn't buy the first album nor would I because I hate the whole destiny's child type vibe. I hate Lil Jon and the hiphop club musie. So why am I writing this review? My friend made me listen to the album without telling me who it was. After the stupid intro with pdiddy my ears picked up and I was caught off guard. The vocal harmonies are very beautiful. But it is the production of the first few tracks that made me really take notice. It was like hip hop combined with an electro feel. It was 80's dance pop and yet fresh r&b. The production on the first half of the album is superb. Now I could do without the interludes but for the most part this album completely suprises me. Towars the end, it gets a bit tedius but the album on a whole is remarkebly good. Stand out tracks are Bad Girl, Damaged, Pretty Boy, Sucka for Love. So this album is a guilty pleasure for me. Does anyone remember the group DREAM from Bad Boy records? with the songs "He Loves You Not" and "This Is Me"?
Why isnt he helping them be the BEST GIRL GROUP that they can be?

this is a really great album. it showes DK in a different light. Yes the sound is different from their first album, but it is a good difference. They continue to show their excellent vocals! keep up the great work ladies. Free Music Review: Love Danity Kane but dissapointed!

I loved the first album. But Welcome to the dollhouse doesn't compare to it. The album is a completely different sounds like pop music with annoying techno noise in the background. the lyrics aren't very good either. This is the type of cd you have to keep listening to for it to grow on you. There are good songs though.

ecstasy is good with out rick ross you can't have a rapper on a pop techno album . the cd is trying to have to many sounds.
overall, if your looking for awesome from danity kane check out their first album this one is just okay!
UPDATE ALBUM IS PRETTY GOOD AFTER LISTENING TO IT SEVERAL TIMES!
Free Music Review: Complete Dissappointment

After being a avant fan of DK, Diddy & the show Making the Band. I could not wait for this CD to come out, especially from some of the sounds clips from the show. But, it seems I just have been totally duped by the kind of vibe this CD has. It feels as this CD is just "FLUFF", besides the single Damage, I do not feel any of the other tracks on this CD. I do not know if this is R&B, International Pop or whatever, but throughout every song they are moaning and groaning..and it's annoying as h*ll. This compared to their last CD, not even close. They should have stayed on the same track as they were on their last CD, that was a success...this is NoT! Day 26 won this hands down...the next 112 in the making!
