Wow! This is one awesome album! My favorite songs are Wonka's Welcome Song and the 4 Brat Songs. I think Mr. Elfman has brought the crazier side of Willy Wonka out. Every song is catchy and has its own tune. True, the old songs are classics, but they could put anyone to sleep compared to these! And I think it was time for some change. I reccomend this album to any fan of Danny Elfman. Bravo!Free Music Review: Great Lyrics!

The oompa loompa songs about the kids where amazing! Each was funny and had it's own special tune! Not only did it restore the lyrics from the book but they described each child perfectly! Agustus Gloops's was all amazon like, Violets was this bizzare hypno beat, Veruca's was all happy and and hilarious, while Mike Teavee's was a nice combination of techno and rock.Free Music Review: Grammy Worth Material

After watching the fantastic movie I had to have to soundtrack. And rightfully so, this album is simply fantastic. Willy Wonka's Theme is catchy and will get in your head and stay there for many days, forever if you buy this album. Which you should, possibly the best soundtrack for a movie this year. I am really enjoying the music in this soundtrack. After watching the movie I bought the album mainly because of the new oompa loompa songs. Danny elfman has done it again with his oingo boingo type sound in his oompa loompa songs to the background music that fits the Tim burton film so well. I just recently saw this movie and bought the soundtrack a couple days ago with my freinds and I can't get enoughf of it. I just love the new oompah loompah songs and the main title track. I listen to it like every singal day. In my opinion the songs anr way better than the origanal. I definatly recomend this soundtrack.
