Darius Rucker is super interesting. The music is great, but seems merely recycled Hootie and the Blowfish material played with "country" instruments (fiddles and steel guitar). When I first heard "Don't Think I Don't Think About It" on the radio, I thought to myself, gosh, that sounds like Darius Rucker, but it can't be . . . this is a country station. Sure enough, there is no mistaking his voice. I am a fan of his vocals with Hootie, and I love country music. So perhaps it was only natural that I would love this CD too. All the songs are good--I wouldn't classify anything on here as "filler." My favorites are "Don't Think I Don't Think About It," "History in the Making," "Forever Road," "Alright," and "It Won't Be Like This for Long." I don't think you will be disappointed. This is one of Darius' best CD's. He has a great voice and the songs are great. If you liked him as Hootie and the Blowfish, you will love him even more in this cd. A must buy. Best money I spent a a CD.
