Free Music Notes for Big Whiskey And The GrooGrux King (Super Deluxe Edition)

Free Music Review: Worth it to get the extra songs
Hit: 5 Stars

I love this album - I agree with a lot of other reviewers that it has a great "feel" to it. The entire band just works together to produce some really dynamic songs.
The Super Deluxe edition is DEFINITELY worth it, for the extra songs alone - they are some of the best on the Album, in my opinion.

Free Music Review: LOVE IT!!!
Hit: 5 Stars

This is such a great album. I love every song on it :) Can't wait for the concert in August!

Free Music Review: Worth it for the bonus disk
Hit: 5 Stars

Beautiful package. Love it. Bonus disk 4 songs are better than most bands' full albums.

Free Music Review: DMB - Back to their roots.
Hit: 4 Stars

Great album. This reason you're probably looking here though is for all the extra "goodies" that comes with this set. It's probably not worth the price tag, but if you can get it for $30 or less, I think it's a good buy. It comes with some really cool artwork drawn by Dave himself for each song, great band photos and a flip book paying tribute to LeRoi. Not to mention the bonus cd and bonus DVD. All-in-all, some nice bonuses. The songs from this album are going to play great live, make sure to see DMB this summer!

Free Music Review: Return to the old days while still being fresh
Hit: 4 Stars

As others have mentioned, this album gets back to the quality of song writing from their earlier albums. Their last couple have been one-liners; a simple catchy single that everyone in the band plays in unison. Here, they return to songs where each instrument has its own voice (with a couple of exceptions). The only weak song is You and Me where clearly the band is not playing and is a piece of engineering.
