Free Music Notes for David ArchuletaFree Music Review: Amazing Hit: 5 Stars
This album really gives a wide range of songs that portray different parts of a couples relationship whether it be that they don't know each other yet but know they are out there somewhere or if it be that they just broke up and one if having sad feelings towards that decision. It just is able to relate to anyone from the single to the married who can relate the songs to their struggles and good times they have gone through. This album shows David's great potential and after this it only gets better, even though that is hard to believe since he is already so amazing and graceful at singing being able to reach everyone note even though he went through tough times with his voice in his early teen years. He has shown great progress and is a great role model to people or all ages.
Free Music Review: Amazing CD for Amazing Singer!! Hit: 5 Stars
I loved this CD! It was very well done! For a first CD he nailed it! His voice is absolutly amazing!! When he sings some of those songs you just fall in love. The way he sings each word, he puts feeling into his music and it's something you don't hear very often.
When I heard that he had released his single "Crush" I immediately went onto ITunes and bought it, and I must have listened to it a million times.
Then as soon as I could I went on here and ordered the CD, and when I got it I was amazed to find that I loved every song! Over them years I have collected more than 55 CDs and I have never loved every song on a CD, so this was truely an amazing CD.
Overall I love the CD and would recommend it to everyone!!
Free Music Review: Diversity and excellence for Archuleta fans, old and new Hit: 5 Stars
I've been an American Idol fan since season 3 and I've bought CDs from several past contestants. This purchase was the most satisfying for my dollar. Several of the songs are hauntingly beautiful (You Can, To Be With You) while others are so catchy I find myself repeating, trying to isolate a background vocal (it's mostly David doing the background vocals) or lick that caught my ear (Barriers, Your Eyes Don't Lie.) I love the variety of musical styles, all handled well by young David, and most of all I adore the way he gets that cry in his voice. Few albums or performers can make me laugh AND weep within the same album, but David manages. This one is stellar. Couldn't find enough superlatives. Just ... keep 'em coming, young David. You've got my ear.
Free Music Review: Love it, love it, love it!!! Hit: 5 Stars
I raced out and bought this album first thing today (when it came out) and listened to it the entire way home. I have to say I was honestly blown away!! I am a huge David Archuleta fan and this is an AWESOME and AMAZING cd!! His voice just gives me chills! Up until now, there wasn't a cd I owned that didn't have songs I would skip over. Not anymore!! There isn't a single David Archuleta song I will be skipping...they are all great! The music is wonderful, his voice is unbelievable and the lyrics are just phenomenal!! I must say, this album was everything I'd hoped for and more! Keep up the great work David!!
Oh and for those of you that say he is just for tweens and teens...I would like to add that I am NOT in that age catagory.
Free Music Review: Voice of the century Hit: 5 Stars
David Archuleta has a voice that becomes addictive. He has a real variety of songs on this album. When I buy an album it is usually for 3 or 4 songs I really like and I either skip the others or let them grow on me. I cannot pick a favorite on this album. Running is the only song I still haven't been able to get excited about-all the rest I can't listen to enough. I love the whistling in Your Eyes Don't Lie. You Can and To Be with You will become classics. Angels will always be a hit with me. The bonus tracks are amazing and should be done as singles. He has radio friendly songs for his younger fans (although I like them also), ballads for his older fans(although the young seem to like them too) and some edgier songs for the rest.
