I thought Feelings was it for Byrne: I thought he'd have a tough time topping it. With Look Into the Eyeball, he does it with ease. Great CD! Nice range of beats and musical styles. I've listened to the ceedee maybe 20 times now, and it's best listened to fairly loud. The thing that hit me was that I believe John Lennon would have really gotten off on this ceedee. I am an oldtime Heads fan. I recently revisited BD after drifting away (owning only the DB titled album).
Look into the eyeball is terrific. Best of his recent stuff, I believe. I actually love every song but one. Each is great for it's own typical DB reasons. A gem.
