This CD is awesome!!! I liken David to Monty Python or Spinal Tap. There are certain people who just don't get it. I call these people "Conservatives." This CD, in addition to my bootleg copy of "The Pride is Back" are the yardstick I judge my women on. I usually play it on the second date and if they think its stupid, there will be no third date. Actually I don't know any women but if I did they had better like David Cross.Free Music Review: Brilliant

This album is an instant classic. Cross is one of the few comics carrying on the tradition of George Carlin and Bill Hicks. If you like subversive humor that takes on religious, political and social absurdities, then this album is for you. Wonderful stuff. If you are easily offended and want boring, cliche tripe, pick up Jeff Foxworthy or Larry the Cable Guy instead.

I wish more people thought like David Cross. Not since Bill Hicks has someone made the painful truth so funny. If I were to start a political movement, I'd make him my spokesperson. So you should get this CD and his other one, Shut Up You F*cking Baby, and laugh until you cry. My husband and I listened to this album on a plane trip to New York and I offer my sincere apology to my fellow passengers who had to put up with our howling. I absolutely love "Shut up you f**king baby" and continue to laugh every time I listen to it, but this album is actually, amazingly, funnier! How can it be??? I don't know, but it's true. Funnier than SUYFB and also a lot more focused. Topics include new parents, electric scissors, a lot about Bush and the government, freedom haters, freedom lovers, and a hidden track about the lead singer of Creed (and if you saw that idiot on Celebrity Poker Showdown you'll appreciate the bit).
