First of all, this combo CD/DVD set is a steal of a deal. The terrific music is performed by great singers representing the past, present & future of David Foster's immense body of work. Everybody in this show sounds superb. The audio and video are of the utmost quality, typical of PBS presentations like this. I bought this specifically to see internet sensation Charice and up until now have never heard her vocals as clearly and richly presented as it is in this album...WOW, the power she exudes is absolutely amazing! Her medley was a true star-in-the-making moment. She's living proof of the difference the Foster touch makes. Also notable is the zany Michael Buble, he's just too cool for school! I bought this CD/DVD because I was captivated by Charice's beautiful and extraordinary voice after I heard her sing at Ellen Degeneres'show. Of course I'm David Foster fan too, and who wouldn't be, considering his track record of 15 Grammy Award Winnings. He is truly a music genius! I could hardly wait for this CD/DVD to come out after Ms. Oprah announced it in her show and I actually pre-ordered my copy. There is nothing like a great musical surprise after I listened to the CD and watched the DVD. It was a fanstastic concert featuring great talents and to mention a few like, Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Brian McKnight and of course the highlight of the show belong to Charice, David Foster's new discovery. A very talented young singer named Charice is introduced by David Foster at this special concert. However, in my case and probably millions of others, I discovered the amazingly gifted Charice Pempengco on YouTube and her videos introduced me to David Foster by name. (Welcome to the 21st century:-)
Of course, the World has enjoyed the music of David Foster for over three decades whether we knew his name or not. This DVD should be at the top of every music lovers buy list. The best music performed by great singers. Seeing the love they have for Him in their expressions is priceless.
An extremely entertaining two hours. I now am the proud owner of "Hit Man: David Foster and Friends." I dare you to only watch it once!!!

They were right....anything that David Foster touches does turn to gold. This is a veritable "Who's Who" in the music industry. Both seasoned and recent performers. I absolutely enjoyed every song on this. What amazing talent.
Like many others I searched high and low for this after seeing Cherise....but was so excited when I saw all the other wonderful performers who were part of this. I only wish I could have know in time to get tickets to the concert in Vegas. I would have jumped on a plane in a heartbeat.
Have you ever experienced buyers remorse? WON'T HAPPEN HERE!!! I can assure this is one purchase you will watch again and again. I got several for gifts.
