I have been waiting for this CD/DVD since last September ever since I heard Oprah promote this on her show last September 9 where young singing sensation Charice and David Foster were her guests for that episode. I bought this yesterday when it first came out. I have since watched the DVD twice and loved every part of it. The picture is great. The clarity of the sound (DTS!) , even better! The overall experience made me feel like I was watching the concert LIVE at Mandalay Bay, where the concert was held.
I just wish that the CD would have contained all of the performances contained on the DVD. But overall, I RECOMMEND this as A MUST BUY for all music fans.

This DVD captures the true genius of David Foster. Until you watch this concert footage, one would never imagine the vast scope of his accomplishments; from writing songs for Barbara Streisand, to Josh Groban and Peter Cetera and Kenny G, many of whom showed up (and performed) in this wonderful and memorable concert, the sound and video quality of which is absolutely PERFECT!! The only possible improvement would be to actually attend one of his "LIVE" shows in person. I strongly recommend this DVD to anyone who enjoys the music of yesterday and today because somewhere; somehow; David Foster has his talent entwined in them all. I had seen David Foster on Oprah and decided that I needed it. Well, by mistake I ordered two copies and planned to send the other one back. One day before leaving to visit my daughter and new granddaughter I grabbed the Hitman cd to help my daughter relax from the stress of motherhood. As soon as it started to play my daughter was transported back in time with some of the music and she begged me to leave it with her for awhile.She was commenting on songs that were her favorites and really edjoying it. I told her that I could do better than to leave it with her for awhile, she could keep it as a gift from me. I guess I was supposed to order two in the first place.Free Music Review: A must buy!

I bought this dvd/cd package today and was incredibly impressed. Being a big fan of David Foster's singing sensation discovery, CHARICE, it was a must buy. It is well worth the money. The quality is amazing, both the dvd and cd. And the talent found in this compilation is outstanding. You can essentially find almost all music genres in David's release. It only goes to show how talented he is, and how much of a person he is for all these stars to come out for him.
I recommend this CD/DVD, I'm sure you will not be disappointed and will be blown away by CHARICE. It's only the beginning for her, but she's definitely making big waves with her voice!

I saw the program on PBS and can't imagine how I had never heard of David Foster. He must really be a "behind the scenes" kind of guy. I sure knew all the singers and songs. Great program. When Santa asked for Christmas hints, this CD was on my 'short list'. I didn't even realize that it came as a set with the CD and the DVD of the program. What a nice surprise! The only very minor disappointment was that the entire program is not on the DVD and I suppose that was out of the producer's control with 'rights'.
I just bought three copies to give to each of my sisters as birthday gifts! I know they will all enjoy as much as me!
