I didn't even know who David Foster WAS, until a good friend "introduced" me to him, via this dvd. It is awesome - lots of great music; beautifully staged; and you are able to feel the excitement and fun the audience (and David Foster and friends) is feeling. I've seen the WHOLE original dvd, so I know lots of good "stuff" is missing, but this is a decent representation of the whole - and for a much more reasonable price! The cd almost kept me from rating this five stars - there are only nine songs! But, they chose the right artists and songs to highlight - what more can you ask for, for $20.?Free Music Review: Hit Man: David Foster is Fantastic!!

We give our highest recommendation for this amazing DVD & CD set. The quality of the concert was excellent with plenty of famous singers. Our 2 girls, 4 and 2 years old, loves this DVD. They have been watching this almost every single day since we bought it. They dance and sing-a-long. We are really pleased so we bought another set to a friend as a gift. The girls love Michael Buble, Kenny G on St. Elmos Fire theme, Michael John, Brian Mcknight, Baby Face, and William Joseph. We love all of them. I could hardly wait for this item to arrive. The minute I recieved it, I opened the package and placed the DVD in the player. I sat there in my living room glued to the chair as I listened to every selection offered. My personal favorites are Cheryl Lynn's "Got To Be Real", Michael Buble's "Home" and Andrea Bottcelli & Katherine McFee's" The Prayer". I was sorry when the DVD was over. The CD is great in the car. It really boosts one's spirit as you dirve around town. THANK YOU, David Foster, for such a wonderful body of work and such a pleasant concert !Free Music Review: A MUST READ FOR MUSIC LOVERS

If you love music and singers you will love this biography of David Foster.
It's a wondrful insight into the music industry with behind the scenes stories. As the biographer of the late Latin legend Tito Puente I was able to correlate time lines with the historical evolvement of popular music over the decades. Mainstream hits do not dot the charts as they once did but a David Foster will come along once in a lifetime changing that with beautiful melodies, and lyrics. David makes his book an easy read just as he weaves his melodies.

You will not go wrong with this CD and DVD combination of all the Best of David Foster's Musical Talents. I originally saw this on TV and was blown away with the musical industry's super talented musicians. I am fortunate in that I waited for it to get to Amazon at a much lower cost than was advertized on TV. The DVD is just awesome and is a wonderful addition to my music collection. It is also one that I will watch again and again, especially with friends on special occasions when visiting. Don't miss this one! You won't be sorry!
