The information presented is quite good, but the music just wasn't what I expected and I didn't care for it at all. First, I don't much care for electronic music. I prefer acoustic music for this sort of work. Our lives are full of enough electronics w/o taking the sound of them into meditation. Second, I just couldn't shake the feeling that, at any moment, a voice was going to break in with "Thank you for holding. Your call is very important to us and will be answered in the order received...."
