Chakra Balancing: Body, Mind and SoulI love those CDs. I started looking for something with meditation after BodyFlow class at the gym where we have 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation at the end of each class. Originally it was a gift for my husband, because I wanted to introduce him to relaxation technics. But now even my 9-year old son is listening to it from time to time. Mostly I make him do it when he does not feel well, or caught a cold. He seems to feel better after every session. I am proud to say that I do not remember when he took antibiotics or any pills. There is no need to do that. I am prone to severe migraines. Now every time I feel it is coming I just sit down and meditate. It also helps with PMS. I have a fear of flying too. (Yes, there is a lot of wrong with me:) Now I take my CDs with me to the planes. Flights are definitely easier for me, besides jet lag is minimized.Free Music Review: Wonderful with 2 distinct CD's

This is a great combination CD set, it has two distinct CD's and both are very good. The first one, and the one I use the most is the completely instrumental CD which I believe uses notes designed for each chakra but dont hold me to that. I have gotten numerous compliments on this CD in my Massage practice. People immediately notice the complexity of music and wide diversity of genres. It goes from tribal to NA flute to jazz, it really is a remarkable CD and very relaxing and centering...Highly recommended.
The second CD is a guided Chakra clearing/energizing meditation by Deepak himself. Very well done and clear guiding through each Chakra. He also uses and teaches you the Sound each Chakra resonates with like Lam, Vam, ECT. It is a thorough treatment and also accompanied by music. Enjoy. GOD bless JB

The first CD is basically "chillout" music. While listening to it, you may likely 1)hug yourself, because you're worth your own love, especially after having scored such a good CD, and 2)doze off at some point. Yeah, it's like that!
The second CD is a guided meditation led by Dr. Chopra that is easy to follow. Dr. Chopra gives a very good, very solid sense of orientation relative to chakra meditation. This was my very first introduction to chakras, their significance, and how to tend to them. The music is unobtrusive and serene.I have learned that there's more to chakras than what's on that CD, but to start out from scratch without having an actual TRUSTED person to teach you, I think using this CD is a great way to go.
Free Music Review: highly effective treatment

During the prelude on the guided meditation a voice calls this a "Subtle, yet powerful treatment." When I bought a guided meditation CD, I was not expecting a treatment, but that's really what this CD is, because even when my mind wanders while I am listening to it on the bus to work I still feel lighter and more connected after it's over. Something about the music behind the meditation has a real physiological effect on me.
I haven't listened to the massage music half of the CD very much, but it is very relaxing and not annoying at all. That's about the best anyone can say about most massage music that I've heard. It would also be great to do some freestyle meditation to.
