I am not eloquent with words... this is perfect if you are new at meditating. Deepak takes you where you need to go to find your real self, which begins your journey through meditation. For me, Deepak Chopra, has helped me learn to meditate. I would not trust anyone other than Deepak to lead me to my true self. I do hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

The music CD is wonderful. I see beautiful energies of colored lights while meditating to it. I always picture myself at the beach with quiet meditations so adding this music is perfect because it's mellow with waves rolling in and birds chirping.
