Def Leppard lost it after Steve Clark died and he can never be replaced. Now the Leps are so desperate to sell an album that they hired a famous COUNTRY singer how sad! Hang it up boy's you have "Burnt out" long ago and after this dreadful album you will soon "Fade Away."Free Music Review: sucks

This is an upbeat hard rock album, back towards Def Leppard's early years. The best song is "Go", possibly the hardest thing they've ever done, similar in structure to "Rocket" but a very political song. The band also shines on "Bad Actress", a song poking fun at our pop culture today. The song moves fast, hits hard, has an amazing guitar solo and makes you sing along. Other gems are "Tomorrow", song about living for the day, "Cruise Control", about the psychotic mess of a terrorists mind, "Gotta Let It Go", strong vocals, cool guitars, and "Love", a balladesque song that picks up in a terrific blast at the end.
You got to this page for a reason, make the purchase. Def Leppard always produces quality that you can easily sing along to. Its too bad they released the two weakest tracks on the album, "Nine Lives" and "C'mon C'mon as singles. When will this band get the stones to release their politically brilliant songs like Go, Paper Sun, Gods of War, etc.?

This album has some good, old fashioned Def Leppard sound. Easily up to par with "X" and "Euphoria." Several songs will ranked high and played regularly on your iPod. It's nice to have another great and original Def Leppard album in my collection.Free Music Review: Def Leppard and Britney Spears on tour soon in your city!

Just when I didn't think Def Leppard could become more of a pop band than they were on "X" along comes the new disc. While it is not a terrible album, it shows the band moving further and further toward a pop sound that sounds nothing like their 80s heyday. This is actually the first Def Leppard album in recent memory that had a track that I absolutely hated. "Love" has to be the worst track ever recorded by these guys. I think the band needs to go back and listen to their 80s output along with Euphoria before putting out the next album. That is if they want to keep saying their new albums are in the vein of their previous rockers. I would love to know where all the rockers are located on this disc according to reviewer J.C.Amos. He was either listening to a different album than I was or is completely tone deaf.......
