Free Music Notes for Yeah!Free Music Review: Yeah! is a great record of covers Hit: 5 Stars
I thoroughly enjoyed this album. My favorite is Badfinger's "No Matter What." It is one of the best covers, along with Blondie's "Hanging on the Telephone," T-Rex's "Twentieth Century Boy," and The Kink's "Waterloo Sunset." Great job by the Leppard guys and I have to say I saw their show in Nashville last weekend and it absolutely rocked!
Free Music Review: Works for me Hit: 5 Stars
I am not and have never been a Def Leppard fan, but I am a Kinks fan so when I saw Waterloo Sunset and had to have a listen.
I really doubted any reproduction of this Kinks classic would be worth a crap, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Then I listened to the rest of the CD and was shocked. I love it!
Free Music Review: Another Great Album! Hit: 5 Stars
What's great about this album is that while I knew a few of the songs on it that they're covering, like Stay With Me, Rock On, others were less familiar or I didn't know at all and Def Leppard did them so well that it's like getting a brand new Def Leppard album--all new music. Truly glad to add this to my collection.
Free Music Review: Yeah! by Def Leppard Hit: 5 Stars
I have always been a Def Leppard fan since 1979. Their music has always been great. Their CD Yeah is also great. It contains music that has been done by other artists but vamped up and done Leppard style. I think it adds a great twist to the originals and shows how good rock and roll still is.
Free Music Review: "Yeah" - I'd Buy It! Hit: 5 Stars
Enjoyable album of seldom heard tunes. Songs sound fresh with the Def Leppard wax & wash spin. Some excellent tunes to put on repeat (while crusin' in your 88 Camero). Great CD booklet of glam era band pics and trival information. Worth the $9.99, I paid at Walmart!
