I honestly think this is a great album. And I've been waitin just as long as anyone. I actually like the beats, and Del's flow is as good as ever. His lyrics are a little 'simplified', but not 'simple' by any means. There are still a lot of wordplay, wit, and multi-syllabic rhymes here. For those complaining that it has no message, listen a little more closely. 'Back in The Chamber', 'Situations', "Hold Your Hand', and 'Last Hurrah' are all some tracks I can name off the top of my head that have messages. And honestly, if you're complaining about him rapping about how dope he is, then you're obviously not a real Del fan. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that what the majority of the songs on NNFA are about in some way or another. Sure, there are weak tracks on this CD, and it may be slighlt disappointing just based on the fact that the wait was so long, but it's still great. Give it a few listens. I've heard it about ten times straight through now. It's just the funkee homosapien doing what he does best: evolving.
