This is without a doubt, the most complete box set for Depeche Mode's new album! Initially, I was unsure if it would be worth the extra money, but I can tell you that if you are a Depeche Mode fan, it is definitely worth every penny. I was most impressed with the DVD because it has loads of short films. An excellent value here! The two books are excellent pieces of work too. I really love the new album. There are lots of great songs - very spiritual and very powerful and I especially love Little Soul, Peace, Come back, Jezebel, and the bonus tracks Light, The Sun the moon and the stars, and Ghost. Ben Hillier did a great job with the production and I was also impressed with a number of the demos from the box set. This album stands head and shoulders above any album of this decade - buy it!Free Music Review: Sounds of the Universe indeed!

Even better than I expected. I've been a Depeche fan for 25 years now and they still don't disappoint. This is probably because their song writing quality is always top notch and yet they manage to reinvent them selves a little bit on each album. Bonus tracks are superb! I was expecting the box set to be about the size of a double CD pack put it is actually 11x11x3 inches. This is a great album and with the aditional tracks is simply amazing, masterpieces like this shows how good Depeche Mode sounds and is the best band right now. My favorite tracks that should be singles are:
