Free Music Review: Solid Start To Dez's New Career

After the disillusion of Coal Chamber in 2003 formed the ashes of a band called DevilDriver. This album is good for a debut album. True, there could be room for a tad bit of improvement, but overall, it's worth a listen.
DevilDriver focuses on speed mostly on this album, especially in tracks like "Die (And Die Now)" and "Nothing's Wrong?". The 1st single, "I Could Care Less", is a great track, and will not disappoint the post-thrash fan. Then you have tracks like "Swinging The Dead", which may have later At The Gates popping in your head once you hear the intro. "I Dreamed I Died" is a good staccato track that's very catchy. It's impossible to say no to.
If you want a solid post-thrash album with a lot of aggression in it, I recommend this. If you despise this band just because of Dez's history in Coal Chamber, well, you're ignorant, and should give this album a good listen.
