Maybe it is a matter of taste, but I do love it. Appropriate title - it is perfect for chill nights. I can see this being a nice album for the winter months in by the fire. There is a time a place for all kinds of music, and this album fits in well - when you need it. This is a great mood album for a relaxing, Quiet Night. If you're a guy and your lady likes it slow (and what lady doesn't), this album will set the tone and tempo for an evening that will drive her out of her mind. Reminds me of "A Little Touch of Schmilsson in the Night" -- very similar style. Elvis Costello is one lucky guy.Free Music Review: Dreamy!

I am very disappointed with the many negative reviews posted which, I believe, is a reflection of missing Diana's intention of creating a mood-altering album composition. Simply . . music to evoke emotion!

As my wife and I feel that Diana Krall is one of our favorite artists, the CD is great.
I was very disappointed, however, that the CD case was cracked when the product arrived, as this CD was a birthday gift for my wife.
I don't know whether the fault lies with the mail service or the packers at Amazon.

This album is beautiful and great for relaxation or romance. The lush background orchestration is a perfect compliment to Krall's smoky soothing voice. Also, each song is slow and keeps the overall mood, unlike some compilations which change pace and jangle the listener.
