Free Music Notes for Dirty Dancing: Original Soundtrack From The Vestron Motion PictureFree Music Review: To Tell You The Truth.......This Soundtrack is ADDICTIVE! Hit: 5 Stars
Above all, (I've Had) The Time Of My Life is probably the best song ever made. (In my opinion.) This was the theme of our junior/senior prom and after that night, I went straight out and bought the album. The song really means a lot to me since I graduate next year. A girl I've had a crush on this year is leaving and I plan to play this for her after graduation. I also plan to play it after my graduation. It just seems right, doesn't it? Get down and boogie and have the time of YOUR life today!
Free Music Review: How Can You NOT ADORE this movie AND its music??? Hit: 5 Stars
Growing up with this movie continually brings back wonderful memories and hearing the music...even moreso. Nearly every track on this album can provoke great images and scenes from the movie..."I carried a watermelon?" Ay. ANYHOW, this movie and its music were and still continue to be, a great cult film which acclaimed great success during the 80s and 90s. Please watch the movie, if you haven't already done so...then proceed to buy the soundtrack--I guarantee enjoyment for all...
Free Music Review: The CD gave me the "The Time of my Life" (I know its corney) Hit: 5 Stars
This soundtrack has a lot of fun and romantic songs. Me and my friends watch the movie over and over and enjoy every time. I liked the movie so much I went out and bought the soundtrack. I LOVE IT! My best friend and I recite the "how do you call your lover boy" part. "How do you call your lover boy." "Oh Lover Boy." "And if he doesn't answer". "OH LOVER BOY!" "And if he still doesn't answer." "I say, BAAAABY."
Free Music Review: Great flashbacks into time Hit: 5 Stars
The soundtrack is certainly a great one that will probably be one to evoke flashbacks from the era should you be of the age. If you are a bit younger there are great tracks that let the 80's shine through.
I love to revisit the songs here from time to time and my daughter, now 9, has enjoyed them for the past couple of years as well. Catchy, nice feelings within, and sung by some of the most talented folks from the west to ever hold a mic.
Just good music
Free Music Review: "I feel the magic between you and I..." Hit: 5 Stars
Soundtracks were really popular in the '80s and this one was no exception. The Dirty Dancing soundtrack was a childhood favorite, my mom used to play this album over and over again and I would dance like a nut to this timeless music. Songs like I've Had the Time of my Life, Hungry Eyes, Overload, Stay, Be My Baby, and Patrick Swayze's She's Like the Wind are the standouts. I love the film as well, great memories and incredible songs, I highly recommend this purchase!!
