LOVE this CD! So does baby! Maybe one song I'm not real fond of but the rest are great! Nice to listen to even for adults....a few will even pull at your heart strings while holding/looking at your little one and listening.
I wrote the above review 3 years ago. We are heading into her 4th birthday and she still won't listen to anything else at bedtime! We have a bunch of fav's for in the car and other places in the house but this is the one and only to go to sleep by! Believe me I've tried to switch but she won't have it! (and even I'm not sick of the songs yet :))

When I was little, Mom bought this cd for me. I was constantly listening to it. My brother and I listened to this song at night, and Mom learned how to sing "Baby Mine" and "Golden Slumbers" by heart. She would always sing them to us before we went to sleep. I think this cd is the best lullaby cd because it is perfect and it has various artists. Babies injoy thing cd cause of it's woozy feeling. It makes you happy and it makes us feel aware that Mom and Dad are there for us. It gives a messege when we sleep "pleasent dreams"... and in a way, it does give us nice dreams.Free Music Review: The Best Lullaby CD Ever!

I found this Lullaby album years ago and bought it to use at the daycare center I worked at. All the staff fell in love with it. We even had parents comment on it. The songs are wonderful. It has everything from soothing songs, to classics, to fun and silly sleepy time songs. I am now the mother of three boys ages 3 1/2 to newborn, and they all love this Lullaby CD. In fact, we have used ours so hard that I am on here today looking to replace it with a new one because ours is worn out. I don't seem to have the time to "review" things...life is full enough, but I must review this CD (as I did Disney's Lullabies Vol. 2). I am a busy, professional nanny who cares for a colicky 3 mo. old and an active toddler. After listening to our "toddler favorites" during the day, I take time to listen to this one and it really mellows my mind and spirit for the last few hours in a 12 hr. day. When I sing the songs, rock the baby, and watch my other angel...it truly reminds me of my purpose. I LOVE IT and it really is "my treat" of the day. GET IT!!!Free Music Review: I Finally Found It!!!

I still sing these lullabye's to my daughter who was a baby a decade ago - she snuggles close to me remembering from her babyhood how special our moments were together rocking her to sleep to this tape. I have been searching to find this Tape or CD, as I am expecting and want to share the same bonding experience shared with these songs. I'm sure my daughter will sing along and share in this - Instinctively as parents we want to sing to our babies, fortunately the songs are easy for us *non-singers* to lull our babies to sleep.
