You don't have to be so mean to Matthew Broderick. Let's see you go up and sing all of the songs perfectly. Kristin Chenoweth was a godess at what she did, singing with perfect pitch and balance. The film was excellent, and "Ye gods" is a GREAT response to practically anything. The scence where "76 Trombones" what being played, the music was great and their acting was really cool. After I saw "The Music Man" on TV, I couldn't get the music out of my mind--I loved it!!! So I found the soundtrack and it has been playing ever since!! I love Kristin's voice and I think Matthew makes the perfect Pro. Hill. I can't wait to get the DVD, but until then, my new soundtrack is going to be busy!!! I wish there were more good, clean movies like "The Music Man!"Free Music Review: A Classic!

From first time I saw television movie of this, I fell in love with it! I especially love the music! It's a feel-good, fun, family soundtrack that makes you want to get up and dance! The animation of the entire cast is incredible and you can hear it in their voices. This is definitely a classic Disney soundtrack and a must-have for all Disney fans!Free Music Review: Loverly

This CD is great! Matthew is far more convincing as the good prof. His being younger and better at seducing the town really shines through to me as the essence of the character. It is much more believable for me when it isn't as over the top as the original. On the whole I love this version as much, if not more, than the '62 version.Free Music Review: totally blown away

i have been i big fan of matthew broderick ever since the 80's which is kinda funny b/c i was only child back then, and of kristin chenoweth since the late 90's. i wonder about one thing. how can kristin chenoweth have such a powerful voice in that tiny body? i think that she is totally amazing and would like to meet her one day.
