My daughter just turned 3 last month, and already sings along with most of the Disney princess songs in the movies while watching them. So this cd was a quick purchase without a doubt, especially since it was available for half the standard price. The track list for this cd is really good- it contains a lot of the most memorable Disney songs sung by princesses in the movies, though there are one or two that could've been included, and should've since the run time is 42:33. But the quality is a bit soft.
I have to say, it wasn't until really listening to some of the songs here that I noticed how good some of the singers are, especially Judy Kuhn, who provides Pocahontas' singing voice. She puts a lot of emotion into the vocals, and you can feel the excitement as she delivers certain lines, something that a couple others on here are missing. Oddly enough, I didn't think Snow White's vocals were that great, though the song is nice. Since it was recorded decades ago, the audio quality isn't very good, and you'll have to turn up the volume more than usual once it starts. She sings very quietly, almost to the point where you can't hear what she's saying. But all the music and vocals are as they originally were in the movies and soundtracks, including any talking parts (Timon's opening to Can You Feel the Love Tonight, Belle talking to others in town during her song, etc). This is no quick karaoke quality cd at all.
Since this album came out in 2004, it's missing Tiana's song from The Princess and the Frog. But that's to be expected. It'd be nice if they re-released this cd with her song on there, since that's one of the two songs from the movie that most people agree on being the most memorable.
If you or your children love the princess songs, this is an obvious buy. We just got it for my daughter on saturday, and it's already been played at least 11 times. It'd make for some good bedtime music too since most of these songs are on the slow side.

This CD contains all of the great songs from the Disney Princess Movies. This is a favorite in our house - we especially love The Little Mermaid songs. Beware - you will be singing these songs all the time!
I love that they included the classics like "Some Day My Prince Will Come" along with the more modern songs like "A Whole New World".
My daughter and I love to play this in the car and we belt out the tunes as only true princesses can do!
If you love Disney - get this!
