Free Music Review: Superstar Artists Sing Disney Their Way!

When I was in high school, one of my friends, who was also a Disney fan, advised me to listen to this album. He downloaded "Under the Sea" for me, and I listened to it over and over again, because it was wonderful! Then I decided to add this album to my music collection!
In this album, many pop stars sang some well-known Disney songs in their own ways, it made this album extroardinary! "Under the Sea" was the first song I heard and one of the best in this album. What I love most was the vocal, I've never heard this song sung with lady vocal before I listened to this! The girl's voice was so sweet! If it wasn't for the song "Beauty and the Beast" in this album, I wouldn't know the music group named Jump5, and wouldn't know how great they are! I saw the music video of this song in "Beauty and the Beast" platinum edition DVD, it was good! Hilary Duff might be very well-known to many Disney fans. "The Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room" she performed was more wonderful than the original version! After I heard this song, I collected some of her music albums. To my surprise, Aaron Carter sang a song from one of my favourite movie "The Lion King" in this album! And it was fantastic! "Kiss the Girl" No Secrets performed was lovely too. This song which's original version was comical, became so cute when it was sung with 5-lady vocal! I've heard the Christina Aguilera version "Reflection" long ago, but in my opinion, it still can not be compared with the original version in the movie that Lea Salonga performed. "Part of Your World", one of my favourite Disney song, was performed perfectly in this album. I don't know why many people think the song "I Wanna Be Like You" in this album was bad, I think it was good! If every song was sung in the initial way but sung by another artist, this album wouldn't be so special. However, this album was not perfect, for example, "Some Day My Prince Will Come" was strange, and all the initial romantic feeling lost! And "Colors of the Wind" was not so good as my anticipation. And I thought Usher made "You'll Be in My Heart" a little strange, but needless to say, he's a good singer and I like his voice.
However, I still think this album was collectable to every Disney fan, and all young and adult music fans. Because we can have different feeling which the same song brings! And I advise that every Disney fan to collect all the Disneymania albums!

Someday My Prince Will Come (3:37) (1/5) This is the worst song on here. It's a terrible song to start with, and I can't even recognize the melody. Anastacia CRASHED this song.Under The Sea (3:24) (5/5) Very good remake by ATeens. This is very funky!
You'll Be In My Heart (4:11) (2/5) I hate this song. I hate Usher. But it's better than Someday My Prince Will Come.
When You Wish Upon a Star (2:24) (1/5) This is in competetion with track 1 (SMPWC) for the worst song. NSYNC does a terrible job in accapella (sp.?)
Colors Of The Wind (3:39) (4/5) Good.
I Wanna Be Like U (3:18) (5/5) Awesome beat. Love the song by Smashmouth!
Part Of Your World (3:22) (4.5/5) This has a wonderful melody but I agree w/ the other reviews: Jessica's voice is just a little bit grown up for this song, but it's still good.
I Just Can't Wait To Be King (3:34) (5/5) Like track 1 the melody is hardly recognizable. But it's still an awesome song & Aaron did a great job on it.
Can U Feel The Love? (4:02) (2/5) Hold on....Why does the CD say the group is S Club, isb't it S Club 7 ? They did a poor job on this song. They weren't made to sing this.
Hakuna Matata (3:40) (4.5/5) Great remake by Baha Men. But they left out parts of the song.
The Tiki Room (2:50) (6/5) This is no doubt the best song on here. This song gets stuck in my head all day long! Hilary Duff does a GREAT job on this but does anyone know what the Enchanted Tiki Room is?
Beauty & The Beast (3:28) (5.5/5) The #2 best song on here. I love J5 and they did a great job.
Kiss The Girl (3:23) (4.5/5) No Secrets did a good job on here but they could have made the melody a little more funky (which was what I was expecting!).
Reflection (3:34) (4.5/5) This song was recorded 3 years ago! Why r they putting it on yet ANOTHER record. I can think of about 5 CDs this song is on. But still a good song.
Circle Of Life (4/5) Who is Ronan Keating?
If you are a fan of Disney music BUY THIS CD!!! You may be disappointed by a few songs (ex. #1 #4 #9 #3) but impressed with others(ex. #11 #12 #2 #6 #8). Some melodies are hardly recognizable ( #1 #8 #10) while others are just right there (#2 #3 #5 #7 #9 #11 #14 #15). This is a great CD.

I'm a huge Disney fan and I also love A*Teens and Jump5, so I was happy when this came out!1.)Someday My Prince Will Come (Anastacia) - I like the song, but I don't like the way she sounds. She sounds pained when she sings, so she kinda ruins it. 6/10
2.)Under the Sea (A*TEENS) - I love A*Teens, and this song is great, very fun and bouncy. I don't care for the bridge much, but it is a great song, very typical A*Teens music. 10/10
3.)You'll Be in My Heart (Usher) - This one's cool too! I like it a lot, it's so sweet. 10/10
4.)When You Wish Upon a Star (*NSYNC) - I don't like this at all. I don't dislike *NSYNC, but this is just bad. 1/10
5.)Colors of the Wind (Ashanti) - Another favorite. She sings really good, and it's very pretty. 10/10
6.)I Wanna be Like You (Smash Mouth) - This one's ok, I usually skip over it, it's kinda typical Smash Mouth music, so if you don't like them, avoid this song. 8/10
7.)Part of Your World (Jessica Simpson) - I'm with everyone, this one isn't very good. It's just annoying. 5/10
8.)I Just Can't Wait to Be King (Aaron Carter) - This one's cool, I guess. It's pretty good, I like it. 9/10
9.)Can You Feel the Love Tonight (S Club) - I like this, it's a nice ballad. 8/10
10.)Hakuna Matatta (Baha Men) - No, I don't like this one. It's annoying and gets stuck in your head. 4/10
11.)The Tiki Room (Hilary Duff) - Don't really like this one. The songs annoying enough, and I really don't like Hilary Duff. 6/10
12.)Beauty and the Beast (Jump5) - I love this one. If you have the DVD (Beauty and the Beast) you can see the video which is really neat too! 10/10
13.)Kiss the Girl (No Secrets) - I'm no fan of the group, but i really like this one. Its a really girly fun song. 9.5/10
14.)Reflection (Christina Aguleria) - I like the slow songs, and this one's no exception. It's great. 10/10
15.)Circle of Life - I like this one too! it's really pretty. 10/10
The good songs on this CD really overpower the bad ones, and in my opinion A*Teens, Jump5, No Secrets, and Ashanti really stand out.

This cd is awesome. I got it like the day it came out. I love Disney SOngs and wheni heard they were doing this is was thrilled! I went to target the day it came out and bought it. I put the cd in while me and my family did our shopping. The cd is awesome, sure some of you may look at it as "talentless pop stars buthering great disney classics" but i prefer to think of it as Some of todays hottest pop stars singing disney songs with a modern day twist. some stand out tracks A*Teens Under the sea, this song rocks although the guys don't sing much like u think they would, I Wan'na Be Like You Smash MOuth such an infectious song u just wanna listen to it over and over, Part Of Your World Jessica Simpson this song is so beautiful it is jsut awesome (and this is coming from a person who doesn't like Jess all that much) Can You Feel The Love Tonight S Club this sogn is so beautiful alghouh only like 2 people sing Beauty and the Beast most of ya'll think they butcherd it but it is just different and amazing they are really talented, learn to look beyond the differences please, and Kiss The Girl, this version is really poppy and just plain fun. The are some tracks that bring the almbum down...Anastacia Someday my prince will come Anastacia should find a diffrent carrer path... *NSYNC When u wish upon a star it [is bad] plian and simple and Colors of the wind i love the original but this version well ashanti doesn't put her sould into it like she says she does on the commerical. But all in all this cd is amazing even with the three sogns that sorta bring it down, but obviously they don't bring it downt hat much i still gave it five stars....Free Music Review: It'll Be In My Heart!

I looked for this cd FOREVER and I finally found it. I was not dissapointed. My comments about the song are as follows...
1. Some Day My Prince Will Come-Anastacia- 5/10 I like the origanal better. But it's still pretty good.
2. Under the Sea-A*Teens-7/10- Not my favorite version but it is a nice version.
3. You'll Be In My Heart-Usher-8/10 Beautiful
4. When You Wish Upon A Star- *nsync- 10/10- Love it
5. Colors of the Wind-Ashanti featuring Lil' Sis Shi Shi- 9/10-Pretty Darn Good
6. I Wan'na Be Like You -Smash Mouth- 10/10- Perfect. Need I say More?
7. Part of Your World- Jessica Simpson- 10/10- A LOT better than Skye Sweetnam's Version.
8. I Just Can't Wait To Be King- Aaron Carter-4/10 I like Aaron, but what happend? It would have been better if it had been more like the origanal
9. Can You Feel the Love Tonight- S Club- 10/10- AWESOME! One of my favorites
10. Hakuna Matata- Baha Men-5/10 I like this song but it's repetitive
11. The Tiki,Tiki,Tiki Room- Hilary Duff- 10/10 I'm not a big fan of her's but I Love her on this song
12. Beauty and the Beast- Jump5- 7/10 Great version
13. Kiss The Girl- No Secrets- 0/10 Terrible. The origanal is better
14. Reflection- Christina Aguilera- 8/10 Good
15. Circle of Life- Ronan Heating - 9/10 I've never heard of him before but he did a great job on this cd.
Overall, a really good cd.
