the chicks have given the true fans a great live cd which gives people the chance to hear (and see them on the accompanying dvd) live if they didn't get to a concert. The year has been hard for the fans as well as the chicks. Natalies powerful voice while running all over the stage is so fun to listen to! She is a "live wire" for sure and the fans love her that way. The song Truth #2 was prophetic for the chicks and Natalie belts it out here on cd #2. Even if you are not a fan you can't deny they are masters of the music on this cd.Free Music Review: Top of the world ~ views from all sides

Regardless if you love or hate what natalie had to say about Bush. Your can never say these ladies dont have guts and the sure will to not ever play nice. Natalie and the dixie chicks may never play nice. Strong will's in country music dont come around much. The music on this audio cd is strong, full or spite, to the point and in your face. Why hide the fact you live in a free country. Where as of today, Bush still hasnt taken away our right to free speech. The songs are all chart burners and a wonderful full range of musically talented songs.Free Music Review: Sounds New to me! Support for the rational!

I have all the Dixie Chick's music and I just wanted to say that this album is great. If you don't have any of thier music, buy this CD. If you have some of their music, buy this CD to complete the set. If you have all of their music, buy this CD...it gives the music a positive slant.Oh yeah - it helps that my bumper sticker would say "ANYONE ELSE IN '04" if I were an activist. But I'm not an activist and certainly not a mindless follower like the minority of this album's reviewers.

The Dixie Chicks' two CD live set showcases these ladies at their best. Natalie Maines's voice has never sounded so strong, and the instrumentals shine, highlighting the bluegrass slant of their "Home" album. From the chipper, murderous "Goodbye Earl" to the moody "Top of the World," they display a maturity of depth and range. The only drawback--not much of their endearing banter. But that matters much less, in the end. It's their performing that counts, and it's as good as they've ever been.Free Music Review: Awesome live CD, I love it!!!

I bought this CD yesterday and I love it. I saw the concert when it came to my town and I must say they put on a great show! There is a good combination of songs from all 3 of their albums, all mixed together so you get some variety. I was a little disappointed though because in some parts you can't hear Martie's violin all that well when you should be able too. That doesn't matter too much though, it's a great recording and if you're a fan (or even if you're not) you have to have this!!!
