This is a great CD, with energetic performances and good (to my ears) sound quality. So why only 4 stars? "Ooy-ya-koo" is a novelty/scat tune, not really my cup of tea. "Manteca" truly cooks, and "Stay on it" is my second favorite track. The liner notes booklet is fun and informative. Buy this CD!
