Great Cd. A must-have. I have listened to it 3 times already and can't wait to hear it again. I listen to it more than the new Whitesnake Cd-Which is great.
Great songs, great guitar work by Levin. The weakest thing on the cd is Don's voice. Very thin and raspy, like mentioned in previous reviews. Still a great cd. One of the best Dokken cd's. Up there with Tooth and Nail and Under Lock and Key. Not as good as Back for the Attack.
Bottom line: Great cd. 5 stars.

Wow! Don Dokken proves that he still has what it takes, and then some! His new band lineup is great as any previous incarnations, and blows them away! This album comes roaring in with an awesome sound that is infectious! It makes you want to hear it again and again! It has been in my CD player since I bought it, and is likely to stay there for a while!
So if it's been a while since you have given Dokken a try, give this one a spin, you'll be glad you did!

I was hesitant being a big George Lynch fan (musically) but this album sounds like a mixture of Back for the Attack and Under Lock and Key. The new guitarist is excellent and was tuned to sound like Lynch. Don can't hit the high notes as much as in the past but his gravelly vocals on the low notes and his mid-tones sound excellent. Best new album from a classic metal band in a long time. I wish traditional radio would pick something like this up. It deserves it.Free Music Review: back for the attack again

i was reading an interview on don dokken he said his new album was going to bring back the days of back for the attack and tooth and nail. well he was right about that one i have'nt heard anything this good in a long time from any 80's metal band i think dokken should haved named this album back for the attack again, but oh well lighting strikes again has struck again. theres a handful of good songs on this album not just one or two so go ahead and check it outFree Music Review: Great tunes

I thought George Lynch was on this CD. I'd swear it was him, but when I read the liner notes, I was stunned. This guitarist has the infamous Lynch sound. Solid album and the first song starts off with a bang. Any serious Dokken fan is going to be disheartened to lose Lynch BUT hold on folks, this guy has that fantastic sound Dokken fans love. Don Dokken just doesn't put out garbage and rehash tunes... this was fresh stuff and very very good!
