If you're reading this far into all the reviews and have not yet decided you need this disc, I want to know one thing - WHY NOT? What are you waiting for? All of the reviews above mine are gushing raves. So permit me to pile on!

This cd has some of the best of Broadway past, present and to come as interpreted by a charismatic performer who loves the music. Now add an amazing legendary producer - Phil Ramone - and you've got a "must-have."

Personal Favs on the disc include "Seasons of Love" - "This is the Moment" and "It's Possible" - but it's hard to find a weak link from start to finish. OK, I'm not completely convinced about Rosie O'Donnell's performance, but she's just one little sidebar and she's obviously been the force behind a Broadway revival and deserves her due.

I hear stories of a tour to follow this release and that is a welcome piece of news to fans of quality music.

Bravo Donny.

Free Music Review: Absolutely incredible!
Hit: 5 Stars

What an absolute delight! I hadn't thought about Donny Osmond much since his Donny and Marie Days. When I heard his voice in "Mulan," I needed to hear more. I then heard his voice in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," I was smitten again. This time not really for his good looks but for his smooth and sultry yet powerful voice. Velvet fog meet the Satin Storm. My husband bought me "This is the Moment," for Valentines Day and I can't stop playing it. Donny's voice is richer than ever. My husband who is a hard rock fan has made fun of me for liking 70's artists like Donny Osmond until now. He loves this CD. This is a must for Broadway lovers. Every single song he picked is perfect for him and frankly the songs themselves are quite amazing. He sings them with great passion and wreckless abandon belting out big finishes repeatedly. I highly recommend this CD!

Whether you're a fan or not, this CD will make a believer out of even the most severe critic. Broadway music is always very popular but the strength of this CD comes in the way the arrangements bring out the strength of each song. From R&B to jazz to ballad to rousing Broadway showstopper each arrangement brings you and Donny to a different place and that place is where you really want to be. Granted fans usually let there adoration get in the way of listening but this music will definitely be the kind you play and play loud so that others can enjoy the wonderful voice, great arrangements and guest vocalists Vanessa Williams and Rosie O'Donnell. Both of these duets really show two different sides, drama from Ms. Williams and playfulness from O'Donnell. You'll be glad you got this one.

This thoughtful collection of mostly newer Broadway songs is a terrific choice for anyone who enjoys real music...Lyrics and melodies that were conceived with creativity and here sung with Osmond's polish and excitement--you can feel his enthusiasm on each cut. There is a great diversity of songs here; the 'big band' feel on "Luck Be a Lady" is infectious, the upbeat "It's Possible" draws you in even though you try to resist, and the duet with Vanessa Williams on "Not While I'm Around" is lovely and touching. We probably could have done without O'Donnell's 'contribution' on "You've Got A Friend In Me," but wisely, Donny carries most of that song. Overall, a very solid CD. If you're looking for some "real" music--this is the one to buy!!

Free Music Review: Give My Regards To Donny
Hit: 5 Stars

From the opening toe-tapping beat of "Seasons of Love" to the standing ovation finale of "Give My Regards To Broadway", Donny takes the listener on an enjoyable ride down the Great White Way.

Understanding up front that this was to be a pop approach, and therefore not expecting an original cast treatment, I was pleased with both the arrangements and Donny's styling of the tunes. I particularly enjoyed the funkiness of "Luck Be A Lady", the happiness of "Seasons of Love" and "It's Possible",the tenderness and conviction of "Not While I'm Around", and the playfulness of "You've Got A Friend In Me".

In the language of the theater, Donny..."Bravo!" "Encore!"
