I've broken the songs down like so:

The Intro:

"Firesuite" - A rolling, swirling instrumental, which personally, set the mood for the rest of the album.
"Here it Comes" - A little poppier than other songs. Not one of my favorites. It reminds of some food that I can't place my finger on, so I get this weird feeling when I listen to it.

Picking Up . . .

"Break Me Gently" - The first of the great songs on the album. The lyrics are hard to decipher, but it doesn't matter, it only adds to the feeling the song creates with the amazing instrument commanding.
"Sea Song" - This one often toggles amongst my favorite song on the album. Very complete.
"Rise" - A low point in the strong mid-section of this album. Seems to try too hard to create an environment Kid-A-esq feeling.
"Lost Souls" - I like in the fact that it is one of the few songs on the albums were the lyrics play more of a role that the instruments.
"Catch the Sun" - Somebody will probably hunt me down for this, but it is my least favorite song of the original 12 tracks. It seems too much like a single, and the reason I loved this album so much was because the rest of the tracks stand up for themselves on their own, without a radio-friendly single there to sell records.
"Melody Calls" - Not the greatest song, but I like it enough. Catchy riff for the refrain. Bumbles along nicely.

The Amazing 5:

"The Man Who Told Everything" - This is the first of the big 5. Absolutely amazing song. Its hard to describe what I like so much about this song, but it was my first favorite song on the album, so maybe I feel some sort of emotional hold to it.

"The Cedar Room" - Second in the big 5. It is hard to dispute that this is the best song on the album. Excellent instrumental to close it out, but it doesn't take anything away from the amazing lyrics that accompany this outstanding song.
"Reprise" - A wonderful, short instrumental piece that follows the same rhythm as The Man Who Told Everything.
"A House" - Very nice song that would fit good somewhere in the emotionally low-point of a movie, right after the world of the main character breaks down and its dark and rainy. It's definatly one of those songs.
"Track 13" - The only one of the extra tracks I liked. A lot grungier than the true album, but nice if you want to ease in a crowd that is unfamiliar with the Doves, and you don't want to scare them away thinking your a softy that likes emotionally charged music.

Faultering Close:

"Track 14" - Why? That's all I ask.
"Track 15" - Okay, I guess. The problem I have with this song is that A House was by far a much better closing track, and if Radiohead taught us one thing, it was that an album must have an excellent closing track.

That should be good enough for any of you to see what songs to download first. Please try this album. If I weren't paying for college right now, I would personally reimburse you if you didn't love this album.
