Free Music Notes for Inhuman RampageFree Music Review: Dragonforce's best album... Hit: 5 StarsThrough The Fire And The Flames - 10/10 - Great guitars, drums, keyboard, and vocals. Also some great nice solos. This is my favorite song on the album, and the music video comes with it.
Revolution DeathSquad - 8/10 - Good vocals, but music feels a bit repetitive until the end.
Storming The Burning Fields - 6.5/10 - Pretty good, however it seems to lose rhythm at some points.
Operation Ground And Pound - 9/10 - Great song with amazing drumwork
Body Breakdown - 9/10 - Awesome, only problem is it takes to long to get to the chorus the first time. Nice instrumental bridges on this song.
Cry For Eternity - 9.5/10 - Great opening and chorus. An overall sweet song.
The Flame Of Youth - 8/10 - Good but a lackluster chorus until the last line.
Trail Of Broken Hearts - 4/10 - Nice lyrics, but it's a very slow song that feels way out of place on the album. Rhythm feels a litlle like an '80s love song...
Dragonforce's latest CD is a great collection of music. It only has 8 songs, but it doesn't feel like to little because they're all so long (only 2 songs are shorter than 6:30). The lyrics are done very well, although repetitive occasionaly, but the true reason Drgaonforce stands out from other fast metal bands is their unbelievable level of talent, and the level of speed they play at. Aside from "Trail Of Broken Hearts", it is an awesome CD that you are sure to love if you like this type of music.
Free Music Review: Does it rock? Oh yeah. Do I love it? Oh yeah. Hit: 5 StarsMost rock bands take themselves so seriously these days. Here comes Dragonforce to remedy this problem. Dragonforce might sound like they're taking themselves seriously, but they only sound like it. They're having a damn good time playing very silly music, and I have a damn good time listening to it. Inhuman Rampage is the most enjoyable metal record I've heard in a long time. It's not angry, it's not sad, it's not even particularly aggressive. Just fast. Very, very fast. If you like fast metal riffs and insanely fast shredding, this is your cup of tea. For those who've never had the pleasure of hearing Dragonforce, just imagine if Metallica had Steve Perry of Journey on vocals, Eddie Van Halen and Yngwie Malsteen on dual lead guitars, played about ten times faster, and wrote incredibly silly lyrics about mighty warriors. That's Dragonforce. Yeah, sure there are better bands out there, but very few of them are as fun as Dragonforce.
This record is a blast. Just put it on, sit back, play some video games with the sound off, and prepare to feel like a total geek. There's nothin' like it.
Free Music Review: Their best album by far Hit: 5 StarsDragonForce has created their greatest album yet! Each one of their albums gets better and better, and this is their best!
Free Music Review: Hold the hair conditioner Hit: 3 StarsOk lets make this simple. Good drum work, good guitar,.. no wait.. Great guitar! All you metal heads out there know what bands move you most right? Arent we listening to Lamb of God, Mastadon, Shadows fall, Inflames..? Our roots coming from (Young)Metallica, Dio, Megadeth, Iron Maiden whatever. There's a reason we've left the 80's "Hair metal" >dokken< >whitesnake< >defLep<. Dragonforce.. haha i mean does a good front man mean something to you at all?? Take the voice tone way D o w n. Ill take these guy's as a good joke. the guitarist's should look into making a more "Of the now" band. I'd buy.
