Free Music Notes for Score: 20th Anniversary World Tour - Live With The Octavarium OrchestraFree Music Review: Brillaint as usual Hit: 5 Stars
I'm sure there will be many complaints with the setlist (no "hits") but how many live versions of "Pull Me Under" and "Take The Time" do we need? Instead Dream Theater deliver a history lesson of mostly deep album cuts and 2 unreleased cuts. As other reviewers have noted James Labrie is spot on for the entire performance (and let's face it he usually is hit and miss). The musicianship, as always, is top notch and Jordan Rudess continues to prove he's the best keyboardist DT has ever had. I recommend picking up the DVD as well with the "Score So Far" documentary.
Free Music Review: Fantastic!!! Hit: 5 Stars
This is, by far, the best sounding live CD (and DVD) I have ever heard!!! Nothing comes even close. Their talent is just jaw dropping and add the orchestra and you obtain a mind blowing piece of work. I went to the DT 20th aniversary tour when they played in San Francisco. It was a good show but I was disappointed that it was not as extensive as the shows that they play in NYC. They always seem to play better in NYC for some reason. Other than that, its great! Dont hesitate, just go and buy it! You will get your money's worth, I guarantee it!!!
Free Music Review: I was thinking. Hit: 5 Stars
I was thinking. When I was looking for this when it came out, which was like 2 weeks or so give or take a few days. Anyways, why buy the CD when you can buy the DVD for cheaper, and you can get a Documentary. The CD does not have this, but all the while if you want to buy CD go ahead or buy both, the thing with me is I love watching them play and I bet everyone does, so go buy it the DVD, CD, or both whatever you want. Have fun and remember be proud of a band that has been around this long and still doing what they do best.
Free Music Review: Dream Theater proven Master of Progressive Rock..! Hit: 5 Stars
Just got the new "Score" DVD and it is awesome. The camera work, lights, 5.1 sound is the clearest and best in any DVD by Dream Theater to date. I loved "Live at Buddokan" but this one is clearly the one to have. Every song features each member upclose & shows their truly god-given talent. This DVD covers the last 20 years of their music and proves that they are the Master of Progressive Rock. Get it, sit down & turn up the volume "Loudly" and ENJOY..!

Free Music Review: It is better than anything I have heard from them Hit: 5 Stars
Old stuff, new stuff - this is an excellent CD. The music will blow your minds.
The only compliant is on the song "Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence". Unlike original recording, there are no separate tracks for each of the movements of this song. So if you are like me, and like to advance to particular movements, you'll have to get used to using the FF button on your CD player.
