I first heard the soudtrack at a friend's house, and the sound of Gwyneth and Huey singing "Cruisin" just stuck in my head. The entire soundtrack is enjoyable and easy to listen to. If you like the oldies on the soundtrack, you will love the renditions from the movie. This is a CD that stays in the player! This is worth listening to. Everyone has heard Gwen and Mr. Lewis belt out this song on the radio, "I love it when we're crusin' together" THIS is where that song is from. It wasn't a big box office movie but it WAS a great one. If you take the time to watch it, you will recignize a lot of familiar faces! Great Great Great Great Great Movie! Unlike purchasing a whole CD of songs that have one or maybe two songs in a movie I like, I enjoy purchasing the soundtracks of my favorite movies, especially when they are familiar songs that bring back not only memories of the movie but times in your life when they were popular or they marked a special time. The best song I have have heard came from this Soundtrack! I usually listen to hardcore rap and hip hop but since I have heard this Crusin' song I have made a complete change! After seeing the movie I just had to get the Soundtrack. I only wish the soundtrack had more of the songs that were in the movie. I was really impressed with Gwenyth Paltrow's voice. I had no idea she was so musically talented. This is a really fun soundtrack to listen to I highly recommend buying it and the movie.
