In my opinion, this CD is one of the best that I have ever heard. I love the beats that this group creates and I love the way that they make their voices sound while singing. This in one of my all time favorites! Classic Duran Duran. Simon LeBonn's powerful vocals. John Taylor's soulful bass lines. Nick Rhode's atmospheric synthesizer notes. I love Duran Duran and have for since '84 when I was a mere teenybopper. This album is certainly one of their best and a classic, truly timeless. Includes my fave song of all time, the beautiful ballad "Save A Prayer".

This album scores five stars solely on the merit of one song only: "The Chauffer." This song is a classic and probably the best song to come out of the 80's. This CD is pop music masterpiece. I've been a fan since the early 80s and Duran have put out a lot of music since then. However, RIO still reigns as my all-time favorite. There isn't one bad song on this album-- don't skip over any of the unfamiliar tracks or you WILL miss out! Don't delay- buy it NOW!
