This CD sounds quite bad IMO. Very unrealistic - and closer to synthesized sound than the real thing. If this was recorded on real beaches, the recording engineer messed up badly. Having said that, I guess its fine a (distant) background sound, but if you really want the relaxation benefits, spring for something better.
