Free Music Review: There's one glaring flaw that keeps this from being a five-star release...

And that's the exclusion of "Shakin'". One of Money's biggest hits, still regularly heard on classic rock radio, and they leave it off?! That's the equivalent of leaving "Rock and Roll Never Forgets" off a Seger hits compilation (Whoops! They actually did leave that one off his first greatest hits!). Okay, okay, maybe it's not quite that drastic, but it is a glaring flaw that even those relatively new to Eddie Money will notice.
That said, this is still a fantastic purchase. Eddie Money has put out some of the best rock you'll find, and you get a good, albeit brief, glimpse of that on this disc. "Baby Hold On", "Two Tickets to Paradise", "Think I'm in Love", all great. And of course, you get "Take Me Home Tonight/Be My Baby" and "I Wanna Go Back", two absolute classics that cannot be missed. And even the lesser known songs aren't filler; everything is worth listening to here.
You'd be better off hunting down the out-of-print 13-track "Sound of Money" greatest hits compilation from 1989 if all you want is a single disc of Eddie Money's best work. However, this isn't a bad purchase, just a flawed one. Still worth a look for the low price and great music.
