I can't even remember a time when I DIDN'T know all the words to every song on the Eddie & the Cruisers movie soundtracks! This CD in particular is the most wonderful compilation of rock'n'roll and amazing talent. You can't help but love every song on the album! The point is that this soundtrack is CLASSIC! Even though this movie came out in the late 80's, these songs are just as good today, and they really capture the incredible fever and passion of an artist that the world just wasn't ready to handle. I've ceased to believe that Eddie Wilson never lived because to me John Cafferty IS Eddie and the
Beaver Band his "Cruisers." This CD is worth every cent!

As with the Eddie and the Cruisers 1 & 2, the music is outstanding. The movies are up there ok, but if it wasn't for the music theme of them both, the movies would not have the support needed to be a hit. In this case they all rate a 9 in my book. The Beaver Brown Band are making the music my grandkids are hearing for the first time, and they say, thank you Grampa for getting us this CD!!! The music is GREAT!!! Movies are 1983 vintage and my grandaughter at age 11 can sing them all without sheet music! The year? 2002! Great CD's...Free Music Review: Great rock music

I loved the music and the lead singers rough voice. I particularly like the shag type songs, and the songs with high energy. I loved the movie and can see it in my mind when I play the songs from it. Michael Pare' was the actor and he is definitely sexy. The Beaver Brown Band actually played/sang the songs, but I see the character in my mind when I listen to it. Very upbeat songs, a few ballads as well. A very well rounded song selection. Definitely give the mp3's a listen to get an idea of the type of music.Free Music Review: Looking for something

Both my husband and I love the original movie and the sequel. Music on the sequel is just the greatest. My husband sings karaoke and I've searched everywhere for a karaoke disk (other than On the Dark Side & Hearts on Fire). My husband sings Garden of Eden just like this, but I can't find anything. Does anyone know how to find it. I've also tried searching under John Cafferty & The Beaver Brown Band. If anyone can guide me, my email is nance4@hotmail.com - put in subject - Eddie & The Cruisers.
