Free Music Notes for Electric Dreams - SoundtrackFree Music Review: "One of the best forgotten films and soundtracks!" Hit: 5 Stars
This contains two fabulous songs from Culture Club, "Love Is Love", which is one of the best songs of 1984 and "The Dream", which is just "like Alice in Wonderland". You can't hate it! Even more interesting in that Culture Club's Helen Terry gets here own gig under the production of Georgio Moroder, with "Now Your Mine". Also very entertaining on this album are the other productions from Moroder, "The Chase" and "Madeline's Theme". They are all instrumental, and just beautiful. Another classic that Moroder produced is "Together In Electric Dreams" song by the Human League's Phil Oakey. That ends the album. Please note: The Dream and Love Is Love are not the only two songs written by Boy George. George and Phil Pickett wrote "Electric Dreams", the song that starts the film and the album, sung by P.P. Arnold. This song couldn't be better. I also want to note I never recall this album being released under Virgin America. It was only under Epic America. So this album has been out of print more than 10 years in the U.S. I would purchase it now. You will be thrilled. Thanks for reading
Free Music Review: Now Need The Movie on DVD!!!! Hit: 5 Stars
Classic performances by ELO, Heaven 17, Culture Club, etc, make this a great OST to own. All the music from the movie is included (unlike some of the OSTs today).
Here are some of the unknown titles of music during the movie:
Even the "Let It Run" by ELO, when Edgar (the computer) holds a house party for virtual guests he has created with his Holographic Lazer.
And "Video" (also by ELO) is played during the carnival scene (Edgar samples a Pepsi commercial and plays it backwards as a sample in the song).
"The Dream" by Culture Club is music during Edgar's dream sequence, which has him as a human in a computer world.
and there is "Electric Dreams" by PP Arnold which is used during the opening credits.
Get this before its OOP (Out Of Print).
Free Music Review: Lovin it! Hit: 5 Stars
I remember prancing around my mom's coffee table to the vinyl version of this soundtrack. Unfortunately, the record is all scratched up, but now I have this terrific CD to replace it! If you haven't seen the movie, I suggest finding a copy. You might find it on half.com like I did. I noticed on the other reviews that someone was inspired to take up the cello after watching it. I did too! If you wanna learn how to play something similar to the duel, just find Bach's Minuet in G, I think. If you grew up with this movie you will not regret buying the soundtrack. It'll bring back all those wondeful romantic feelings you had when you first watched it. P.s. I love Edgar! There should be an Edgar screensaver somewhere.

Free Music Review: Fun and Refreshing!!! Hit: 5 Stars
I remember renting this movie...when it first came out. Because it was not a major hit, it did not play at the theaters on military installations. We would rent it over and over again. Now, we cannot find the video. "Bad Move" by the owners of the film...video.
Everything 80's is now - RETRO.
I only own one copy...for now. I am going to get a second copy. I love playing this...when I want a pick me up. The music is great for the summertime. It is light; quirky; fun and refreshing. And the Cello Piece with the computer/digitital/synthesizer instrumental music...is wonderful.
Try it I think you will like it.
