Free Music Notes for Elf: Music From The Major Motion PictureFree Music Review: Magical Hit: 5 Stars
Elf is a wonderful movie, filled with child like wonder, delight and good humor.
the SOUNDTRACK is equally engaging, filled with new, jazzy, sassy spins on older song material.
A perfect Holiday gift, to yourself or another.
We play it every Christmas to decorate the tree. This copy was a gift for my Mother.
Free Music Review: Great soundtrack! Hit: 5 Stars
There are some different songs on this track, but they're very catchy. The best verion of "Baby It's Cold Outside" since Dean Martin and some great old classics, too. I really enjoy the swing version of "Nutcracker Suite". I'm a Christmas-loving person, so I'll listen to this soundtrack from November 'til February.
Free Music Review: Pure Delight Hit: 5 Stars
The only problem with this CD is that track #8 is identified as "Christmas Island" by Leon Redbone when it is actually "That Old Christmas Moon" from a CD by Leon called Christmas Island. Aside from that miscue by New Line Records this CD will sure to be a favorite for many years.
Free Music Review: Delightful Holiday Favorites Hit: 5 Stars
I love Christmas music and this collection is especially fun and charming! Ella Fitzgerald and Lena Horne's voices are so true that the old classics sound "fresh". Zooey Deschanel performs an appealing and sultry rendition of "Baby, It's Cold Outside".
It's a wonderfully upbeat holiday CD!
Free Music Review: AMAZING!!!! Hit: 5 Stars
What an unbelievable voice Zooey has! It's absolutely spellbounding. I haven't heard a voice that stopped me in my tracks like that ever! I can't wait to get this CD. When is she REALLY going to be discovered and start recording is what I want to know. Talent like that shouldn't be wasted!
