Pretty incredible music that makes everything I do while listening seem to happen effortlessly. It shifts and "tunes up" the energy in the room and in me! My experience with Elivia's Crystal Bowls, "Journey to Wholeness" is one of healing. I had been in bed for almost a week when I was able to get to my computer. My CD was lying on the floor. To me this was an indication that I must start listening to the vibrations to heal my back. Within two days the healing to my back was remarkable, I was then able to stay out of bed and begin to move again. I now listen to the vibrations all night long. The concept of vibrations healing was abstract, yet the concept made sense. Now that I have had the experience I am convinced. If I could rate this CD more I would. I can't tell you how long I had looked for the sounds of Crystal Bowls on a CD I could play anytime I wanted. Then I went to one of Elivias concerts and had to have a CD. My first was this one and still is my favorite. When I want to leave my hectic day and travel to worlds beyond this realm I listen to Journey to Wholeness. The gentle vibrations of the bowls take me away almost instantly. If I put it on before I go to bed I never hear the end of it, I just love it. By the way I have all her CD's now and I love them all.

After attending Elivia Melodey's Singing Bowl Concerts, I began to play Journey To Wholeness to my Yoga Within yoga, meditation, breath and energy healing students. In concert, Elivia's sensitivity and love for her music mesmerized and moved me, and her sense of tonal qualities and experience are fully evident in her CD.
My students release tension and pain, flowing through their movements, with ease, to the healing tones of her music. We are truly in a Journey to Wholeness.

After doing some research and purchasing other Crystal Bowl CDs, I'm glad I finally found this one (thank you reviewers). As others have mentioned, the recording models perfection in sound delivery. Even more than that, the CD is much more sophisticated and elegant in presenting the Bowls and accompanying sounds...They are not overpowering, seem much "smoother" than other recordings, and I can sense a better energy or vibration from them.
