Namaste! When my mother-in-law fell ill with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, I bought this CD with the hopes it would aid her in some way. I listened to it (and do almost every day), and find it very relaxing, grounding, and uplifting - I feel "better" after hearing it! I have several bowl recordings and, so far, this is the one I prefer to listen to. I have a very stressful job and when I come home I listen to Journey to Wholeness and it helps me relax so that I don't stress out on my family at home. This is beautiful music to help anyone relax. The sounds of the crystal bowls and the accompaning sounds are very smooth yet complex and help me with inner peace. When I first heard Elivia's music 2 years ago, I couldn't walk unaided. I had a wheelchair for long distances and used a cane the rest of the time. After her concert I walked to my car without pain. Now I use Journey To Wholeness every night to meditate and to relax my feet. This CD is for everyone who is looking for peace of mind, body and spirit - healing on all levels. Listening to Journey to Wholeness is like getting a powerful healing every time you play the CD. I can feel Elivia's healing angels with me while I listen and the vibrations of this peace dance throughout my body and soul. This music is wonderful as a calming background but works very powerfully as a meditative companion in the foreground.
