Free Music Notes for You Are My FlowerFree Music Review: Like drugs for toddlers Hit: 5 Stars
This is hands down my toddler's favorite thing to listen to. It works like magic on her, so it's my favorite too. It calms her down immediately, lulls her to sleep or inspires glassy-eyed dancing depending on her mood. It's great when your favorite indie artists go on to produce things for children: you don't have to cringe when they pick out what they want to listen to. Go get it now.
Free Music Review: Kids music for keeps Hit: 5 Stars
Chances are your kids will not only love this music, but keep on loving it as they grow up. These classics are delivered with such artistry that they're a delight for kids and their parents. Elizabeth Mitchell's voice is simply magnificent. Also highly, highly recommended: CATCH THE MOON, which Mitchell recorded with Lisa Loeb. Another gem.
Free Music Review: Even nanas love it! Hit: 5 Stars
My 2 year old grand daughter loves Elizabeth Mitchell. Every time we talk on the phone we sing "Freight Train" and "Shoo Fly". Elizabeth Mitchell is intentional in her love and respect of kids. Her music is simple and sweet. It is totally void of merchandising and her appeal crosses generations. I ordered "You Are My Flower" for myself!
Free Music Review: Love It! Hit: 5 Stars
I love this CD, and so do the 2-year-olds I work with at a Christian daycare center. The CD begins with a song the kids and I often sing, "This Little Light of Mine", so that's what the kids ask for. I love Elizabeth Mitchell's voice as well as the harmony and guitar playing. The style reminds me of Peter, Paul, and Mary.
Free Music Review: I don't know if my son loves it, but I do! Hit: 5 Stars
A sweet homemade album of tender songs sung by Elizabeth Mitchell, who possesses a wonderful voice and guitar style. We were given the previous, independent release of this CD as a baby present and have been captivated by it. Our 11-month old at least tolerates it, and may also adore it.
