Since its inception Enigma has created a new cult in music combining various genres to create a sound so distinct that one instinctly knows upon hearing that it is none other than Enigma. I started listening to Enigma - Sadeness my all time favorite, when I was only 13. Since then the music still has the ability to spell bind me.Two years back I entered a club in NYC and Sadeness was echoing along the hallways - one had to only look at the effect it had on the people to see the change in body language. Enigma's music is simply very SENSUAL. It can put anybody in the mood for passion and desire......
I immediately purchased Love, Sensuality and Devotion without even glancing at the song list and all I can say that its contains the very best of Enigma - What more could I ask for? There is not a day that goes by where I have not heard Enigma on my stereo. It has the ability to relax me and change my mood no matter what.........
This is CD is Music Review: Seamlessly Mixed and Reccomended

This CD is a compolation of Enigmas greatest works! People may recognize the song Return to Innocense, but there are others as equally powerful, such as Gravity of Love or Modern Crusaders.
This CD is quite powerful. By that I mean the style of music feels very motivational.
Althought, I do need to point out that some copies actually were given the Parental Advisory Label, I scoff at this. The music contained on this remarkable CD is not vulgar, nor violent... granted it could be a little.. suggestive is the sound arther than word, but even then, it sould be view more for it's art and beauty than this. Enigma is known for their sensual and motivational pieces... and this one is their best.
Each track is mixed in seamlessly with the next, causing each song to play into the other. The only way you can determin this is if you put a single song or repeat.
Overall, this is a grand CD worthy of notice!
Free Music Review: A Great Trip for the Casual Enigma Fan

I see most fans of bands and singers as generally fitting into one of two categories: hardcore or casual.
Hardcore fans seem to have been divided by this album. Some like the new twists on old favorites while others have condemned the changes. Still others think something's missing or something SHOULD be missing.
Luckily I've avoided all that by being a casual fan of Enigma. For me, this album couldn't be better.
All of my favorite songs are represented here, as well as one or two I had not heard before. The songs generally flow freely from one track to the other. It takes me on a wonderful emotional journey no matter how many times I listen to it. The album makes for wonderful background music as well.
The bottom line is if you are a hardcore fan, try it. If you are a casual fan, buy it. You won't be disappointed by this great addition to your collection.

Michel Cretu the creator of Enigma, set about making sure the music of enigma was in the essence of LSD: Love, Sensuality & Devotion. The music of Enigma is diverse and yet in this diversity there is harmony, there is eloquence. Indeed this album release is the best of the best that Enigma has to offer.
The CD takes several songs from each of the Enigma Album and blends them together well. By this I mean, the songs aren't randomly placed in the album but have been carefully prepared and placed in order and in a sequence that makes this album such a easy listening, entertaining and engrossing listen.
You have chants, you have just musical scores, you have Cretu's magnificant voice - for any listener he or she will get what they want from this album. For any true to the heart Enigma fan - you must have this glorious album
