ok you people are all going on and on about the "real" origins. as far as i can tell the "bootleg" one is better. it's got all the same tracks acually more tracks. just becuase it doesnt have the tiny little outtake thing everyone starts making a big deal. i think u just want it because it's kind of a novelty. i think i'll just settle for the fake album. although if u are gonna buy this i assure u the songs are pretty good. my favorite is away from me.Free Music Review: Brings you to the ORIGIN.

Origin is definetely the best of Evanescence's CDs. I don't have the original edition, but, I DID download it. And now I have all the songs on the CD! Oh yeah! to get this CD, just go to [...]
Not only that, Evanescence has a song called "Listen to the Rain" that was taken out of the CD, but was recorded. You can get the song on the internet! Well, still. Evanescence is great. If you ever get the chance to get "Origin", GET IT!

This Album is Awesome! I have both the 19 track edition and 11 track . The 19 track edition is indeed factory pressed and legit. The 11 track Origin is the one listed here. The 19 track edition is almost completely different with a much more gothic look to it. The album has some really good alternate versions on it. It is much darker than Fallen and The Open Door. I have enjoyed this band since I was 12 (I am 22 now), and this CD has not changed that opinion. I enjoy hearing the "beta" versions of the cuple of songs played on newer CDs, and comparing the two. Personally I think the older versions are better, but others may disagree. If you like this band or any similar bands, you should get this CD if you have the chance.Free Music Review: great cd

Yeah i just bought this cd i dont have the 19 track one but i would say do what everybody else is saying and get the 11 track version but if you dont want to pay that much then contact me and i can give you a link to download it really cheap but it is a great cd so if you have a chance to get it than do.
