i have been a fall out boy fan since before this cd came out and i love the music on it. however when fall out boy put this record originally the record label (uprising records) screwed them out of their money and this re-release was not done with the permission of fall out boy and is just an attempt by uprising to make money after fall out boy's succes with from under the cork tree. the band never talks about this cd like it doesnt exist.Free Music Review: ORIGINAL PRESSING!!!!

hey everyboyd i have to agree with the last reviewer...the original pressing sounds much better and is definately worth owning. if you wanna pick up a copy and not have to spend 35 bucks like you would on this site just gimme a shout sometime i have that cd along with a number of other great punk cd's for sale at ridiculous low prices. talk to you soon.

Free Music Review: Remastered for Better or Worse

Overall, the album is one of my favorites, old stuff is always the best, but if you're in doubt, buy it. I personally favor the orginal pressing of EOWYG to the new one. First of all, Uprising (record label) is collecting all of the benefits from this Re-Release, Not FALL OUT BOY, Fall Out Boy does not own the rights to these songs and they are not making ANY money from the Re-Release. Second, the volume levels of the vocals have been upped, to decrease the 'Echoing' effect, but it seems a little too much. Pete's bass, the drums, Joe's Guitar, and Patrick's Guitar are all upped when they are the main instrument being used. its like there is a solo every 10 seconds. the album art is all re-vamped, but there is NO, i repeat NO bonus tracks or any supplementary material. if you are a fan of fall out boy, first buy the original EOWYG if you can find it, (i found mine at an FYE for $17), and if you cant, go for this, it's the next best thing.Free Music Review: Okay

I love Fall Out Boy, they're my favorite band, but it's an EP, so I can't find it in myself to love it much. I like good sound quality, and good music quality, and it didn't really have either. Good songs though, they do grow on you.Free Music Review: good album, but dont get this version

this is a great album, but dont buy this version!!! this was remixed and remastered without FOB's knowledge and re-released to the public. i tfeattures couple more songs than the original, but a real FOB fan will try to find the original version!!
