Man.. I'm so glad I went out and bought this today. I've been delaying and buying other CD's I wanted. But man I couldn't take it anymore, I went out and bought this! I don't see how people out there can listen to secular music and not know about this. This stuff is JUST as good. I can't see why people want to hear bad language and negative lyrics. When you listen to this music you can hardly tell that they are worshiping the Lord. If your read the lyrics you know they are.
Otherwise this CD provides you with rock/hip-hop/technological rock (ex. Linkin Park type stuff). I hate to compare them to Linkin Park because Linkin Park shouldn't get the credit. The lyrics are totally awesome. Every song has a verse representing it except for Places. Here's my ratings...
01. Bittersweet (20/10) - One of the best. I love the feel to this song, it gets me pumped everytime I hear it!!
02. Symmetry (10/10) - I just love it. Another song that has a great feel to it!
03. Broken Heart (9.5/10) - this is a 10 rated song but since I've heard it so many times on the radio i've gotten sick of it.. but sweet stuff!!!
04. Escalates (20/10) - I just love this song!! It's got a great beat to it. I love the bounce to it. The other best.
05. New Hope Generation (20/10) - The other other best. I love when Benjamin comes in to rap!!! The guitars are sweet!!!
06. The Gathering (9/10) - Acoustic feel to it in the beginning. Still rocks.
07. Jacksonfive (20/10) - The other other other best. I love Demon Hutner, I love Kutless, I love Paul Wright, I love Benjamin... they are all included in here.. WOW!!
08. Divinity (9/10) - Simple lyrics. Simple song.
09. Places (8.5/10) - Basic song.. rocks though!
10. Falling In Love (15/10) - I love it... very moving.
11. Ambience (10/10) - I love techno.. this has a electronic beginning.. wow.. techno and rock.. love it..
12. Arafax Deep (10/10) - Worship rock. Good ending. Period.
Overall they could've put more into this cause on the first listen of this CD.. i wanted more!!! I can't wait till they release their follow up!! Get this. You won't regret it!!! GOD BLESS..
