Free Music Review: beautiful hard-to-find collection of songs

This collection may not have many big names on it, aside from Sarah McLachlan, Aretha Franklin and Peter Gabriel, but the most exceptional and breathtaking songs are ones by musicians NOT in the mainstream. I especially enjoy Ivy's "I've Got a Feeling", Air French Band's "All I need" and morley's slingshots. These are songs I wouldnt find normally, and probably wouldnt buy their individual cds but who knows. Also I love Amy Jo Johnson's song on here, I hope she comes out with her own cd! True, this cd is more mellow than others, but it is a great listen!Free Music Review: Great music

When you watch this show, your first emotions are probably, "God, she's stupid." I mean, she joins the college in N.Y. just because this guy she's never really talked to, plans to study there.But as you watch it more often and you gotta try to look inside this girl and you'll see that she's just naive and insecure, and still she's strong.
What I think is amazing about the show is that the music ALWAYS suits the scene. The melody and the lyrics always go with the scene perfectly.
My favourite song is Good enough (# 3)!

This cd has an incredible range of songs and artists. My fave, Sarah (from my home town) is always a joy to listen to. As well, the other songs are so beautifully put together. The crowning glory for me though is Kate Bush's track - I've been trying to find it but couldn't remember who did this song so when I heard it on here I flipped out! I'd heard it on Party of Five and had always wanted. This is an excellent cd....for a mellow or relaxing mood, stick it on, light some candles and jump in the tub.Free Music Review: If you love the show, you'll love the CD !

This soundtrack is excellent ! I am a huge fan of the TV show and the music on this CD is a really good reflection of what it's all about...all of life's many ups and downs. My favorite track on this CD is Amy Jo Johnson's "Puddle of Grace". It's beautiful...in fact, I would go as far to say that just her song is worth the price of the CD. There is a song for every mood on this soundtrack. If your a big fan of the show, I suggest you get this album ASAP !!!Free Music Review: Great Mix!

I got this CD used and because I do watch the show regularly, I waited a while to get the CD. Although, I can't remember hearing these songs in the show, they are all really good. There are many artists I have not heard before and that I absolutely had to get CD's by like, Ivy, Joan Jones, and Heather Nova. I'm a melancholy baby so this is a good album to listen to while at work or in the car on a long drive. I highly recommend for nice soothing background music!
