If you're a fan of Queen, you'll eat this album up. It's very cool in a retro kind of way. In other words, to put it very bluntly, if you're 16 years old and have never seen the movie, nor heard of Queen, this album isn't for you.Keep in mind, that this album (while divided up into tracks) is done justice by listening to the whole thing stem to stock.

First of all, the movie is good. Yea, I know it may seem cheesy to some, but it is faithful in following the storyline of the original Flash Gordon. This soundtrack contains all the songs of the movie and it is Queen at its best. The whole cd is set up in the same sequence as the movie. Buy this one before the publisher decides to stop selling it.Free Music Review: If you don't like this you SUCK!

Some people don't like Queen or the Flash Gordon movie. I love both,this soundtrack definately brings back the whole experience of watching this picture in the the theater when I was"younger". And execpt for one annoying track tagged on at the end. This is an excellent soundtrack. Buy it and listen to it on a Saturday afternoon.Free Music Review: For Real Queen Fans Only!

This album should only be bought and listened to by true Queen fans. To the rest, STAY AWAY! You will not like this unless you are a pretty big Queen fan. Anyway, I love it. This will initially be confusing if you did not see the movie, but it will grow on you with its tribal sounding drums, rockin guitar and classical sounding keyboard work. I have worn out my first tape and cd and am buying my third.
