I kept hearing comparisons to the Beach Boys, CSNY, etc., but these Fleet Foxes are pretty bland and frankly quite forgettable. If you like this sort of thing I'd recommend The High Llamas. I'm amazed so many people have given this record such stellar reviews. It's a nice sounding record but nothing to write home about.
