Free Music Review: Excellent Foreigner Compilation

Foreigner was one of the most successful rock bands to emerge during the mid 1970s'. With a string of well crafted rock singles, they became one of the most recognizable bands of the decade. When the 1980s', they morphed into more of ballads band, yet still managed to churn out quality music. In 2002, Rhino released "Foreigner - Complete Greatest Hits", a single disc, 20 song collection of all their biggest hits. Is it a good compilation? Here are the positives and negatives.
Positives:
-It's got all the classic Foreigner hits on it. "Feels Like The First Time", "Cold As Ice", "Hot Blooded", "Double Vision", "Urgent", "Waiting For A Girl Like You", "I Wanna Know What Love Is", "I Don't Wanna Live Without You" and "Say You Will" are all included.
-Several excellent minor singles and album tracks have been included as well.
-Songs sound excellent.
-Makes a godd introduction for new fans.
-Great liner notes.
-Easy to find and highly affordable.
Negatives:
-Several tracks are edited.
Overall, this makes a great introduction for people who want
to get into Foreigner. Diehards will already have the albums, but if you're a casual fan, this collection is perfect.
Free Music Review: What A Compilation!!!

This is one heck of a great compilation! It has all the greatest
hits. I recommend "4" in addition to this album because I think
they go better together. The weakest tracks would probably be at
the end with I Want To Know What Love Is & I Don't Want To
Live Without You. Tracks that you must repeat would be here "Cold As Ice", "Girl on the Moon", & "Urgent" which all
of these songs rock and maybe my favorites. Then I love Waiting
for a Girl Like You which is a nice song, kinda perfect of me.
Hot Blooded is a great road song first of all and is a track you
can repeat too. This is one amazing compilation. Allmost most
of the tracks are all great. Recommended.

Hey, this is Girl On The Moon the song reviewing this item because this album is great for that song and many others.
Why can't more people like this album because this is a great
album for sure. Feels Like The First Time, Cold As Ice, Long, Long Way From Home, Hot Blooded, Double Vision, Dirty White Boy,
Women, Girl On The Moon, & Urgent are my favorites on this CD.
This CD is also great for the highway so pick this up if you are
a rock fan, and take a road trip and enjoy!

This is one of the best! But the last time I listened to this
was Saturday. Anyway, here's how the songs are on the cd.
1. Feels Like The First Time - Good album opener, a good song.
2. Cold As Ice - This is my favorite song on the album, I listen
to this 5 times when I first bought this CD because I listen to
it every day on the I Pod. This is definately worth a repeat.
3. Long Long Way From Home - Great guitars and vocals on this.
Another song you definately worth a repeat.
4. Headknocker - Good but not the best though.
5. Hot Blooded - Really good road song. One of Foreigner's best
works. Another one you may want to worth a repeat.
6. Double Vision - Another great song. Another worth a repeat.
7. Blue Morning Blue Day - This is good but not great.
8. Dirty White Boy - Good Song, great vocals.
9. Head Games - In my opinion, this is way better than Dangerous
type. This is good but not great.
10. Women - Kinda boogie, kinda song Foghat would play since they
play boogie rock.
11. Girl On The Moon - I love this song! This is definately worth
a repeat and has great guitars and vocals.
12. Urgent - Good song, one of the best.
13. Waiting For A Girl Like You - Kinda a little too slow for me
though. It's still good.
14. Jukebox Hero - This maybe the weakest song on the album. Foreigner screams in this song and I skipped it once.
15. I Want To Know What Love Is - Good song I can't remember
since I have listened to this song.
16. That Was Yesterday - Good song.
17. Heart Turns To Stone - Almost great, another worth a repeat.
18. I Don't Want To Live Without You - This is a little too slow
for me. I dont' like this.
19. Say You Will - Better, another worth a repeat.
20. Soul Doctor - Terrible album closer, Foreigner screams in
this one. One of the weakest ones.
Great CD, buy it today.
